Dry Portion:
- Take a pan and roast oats and rice puff until they are slightly crispy.
- Roast all the dry fruits, seeds, and plums for about 2 minutes.
- Add salt and mix both dry portions in a bowl. Keep aside.

Wet Portion:
- Grind the dates (khajur) into a thick paste.
- In a pan, combine milk, Nutella or peanut butter, and honey. Heat until they are mixed well. Avoid overcooking.
- Mix all the dry and wet portions together in a bowl. Add vanilla essence if desired.

Assembly:
- Grease a pan tray with butter or oil, or line it with butter paper/parchment sheet.
- Spread the prepared mixture evenly in the tray using a spatula.
- Cover with cling wrap and freeze for 1-2 hours, or until set.
- Once set, cut into cubes and wrap each cube with chocolate foils or parchment paper.
