Ingredients
  • 150 g Cream Cheese
  • 150 g Fresh Cream
  • 50 g Hung Curd
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1 tsp Cornflour
  • 50 g Powdered Sugar
  • 100 g Nutella
  • Bourbon Biscuits (or Oreo, Nutrichoice), as needed for the base
Instructions
    1. Preheat your OTG (Oven Toaster Grill) to 160 degrees Celsius.

    2. Prepare the base by crushing the bourbon biscuits and pressing them into the bottom of a cake tin. Bake the base in the preheated OTG for 5-7 minutes.

    3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, fresh cream, hung curd, vanilla essence, cornflour, powdered sugar, and Nutella. Mix until well combined.

    4. Once the biscuit base is baked, pour the prepared cheesecake batter over it, spreading it evenly.

    5. Bake the cheesecake in the preheated OTG at 160 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

    6. Alternatively, if using a microwave with convection mode, preheat it to 180 degrees Celsius and bake the cheesecake for 30-35 minutes.

    7. After baking, allow the cheesecake to cool for a few minutes.

    8. Create a web of Nutella on top of the cheesecake as a garnish.

    9. Once decorated, freeze the cheesecake for 4-5 hours to set.

    10. Once set, slice and serve your delicious Nutella cheesecake chilled. Enjoy!
