For Making Chocolate Pizookie:
-
Just Add 1 & 1/2 Tbsp of Cocoa Powder in the Dry Material Bowl (and rest all the recipe will be the same).
You can adjust Brown Sugar according to your taste!
Note
- Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for even mixing and baking consistency.
- Adjust the amount of brown sugar according to personal preference for sweetness.
- Be cautious while mixing the dry and wet ingredients to avoid overmixing, which can result in a dense texture.
- Check the doneness of the Pizookie by inserting a toothpick into the center; it should come out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow the Pizookie to cool slightly before serving to avoid burning yourself.
- Experiment with different garnishes such as fruits, nuts, or candies to customize the flavor to your liking.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days, or in the refrigerator for extended freshness. Reheat before serving if desired.
